Comment |
By modifying several federal laws, the law enacts the Aarhus Convention with regard to the right of information, the right of procedural participation and the right to put forward a complaint before tribunals in regard to the public and to the environmental organizations; in addition, it clarifies the position of environmental organizations in relation to the Seveso- III-Directive. |
