Comment

By modifying various acts, the law aims at regulating the effects of a Brexit without Withdrawal Agreement on UK Citizens in Austria; in particular, the law aims at maintaining the principal effects of the fundamental freedom of free movement of workers for UK citizen already working in Austria (for example as teachers) for a transitional period before obtaining a so called Rot-Weiß-Rot-Karte plus.
